For Developers
Not just renders
A complete visual package
Aerials, exteriors, interiors, lifestyle scenes, brand identity, social assets, composed as one voice. Not six vendors. One delivery, one timeline, one visual language for the entire launch
We take on one new full-scale project per month
“They tried another studio. Rejected everything. Came back to us. Our images convey ideas and emotions, not just tasks.”
Vocino GroupYou might have faced one of these issues
01
Cheap renders don’t sell units
The images look fine on screen. But in the sales office, on a billboard, in the brochure, they fall flat. The buyer doesn’t feel anything. The units don’t move.
02
Fragmented visual identity
Stills from one studio, animation from another, social assets designed in-house. Three timelines, three invoices, three visual languages. The brand falls apart before the sales office opens.
03
Studios that execute tasks, not projects
You send the brief. They render what you asked. They don’t ask who the buyer is, what the sales argument looks like, or how the image should make someone feel at home in a building that doesn’t exist yet.

How We Do It
The Composition Method
Every launch starts with reading. Every image ends with intent.
01
Read the project
Thirty minutes. Your development, your timeline, who the buyer is. We read what the launch needs to communicate, not just what the architect designed.
02
Compose the proposals
We test 20–30 angles internally. You see the strongest three. Every composition is built to sell: framing that shows scale, light that shows warmth, context that shows lifestyle.
03
Refine in dialogue
Drafts are conversations. Sales team has feedback? The client changed the kitchen layout? A new unit type was added? The process is built for it, not bent by it.
04
Deliver with intent
Art director reviews every image. The set arrives as one family: aerial, exterior, interior, lifestyle, all in one visual voice. Print-ready, web-ready, social-ready.
About EMME WORKS
Four engineers, ten people, one method
We started in 2022. Four engineers from the same school in Bologna. Three years and four competition wins later, we work with developers across Italy, Switzerland, and Albania on launches that sell. Vocino, Devero, Spadolini, Tibiletti. They come back because the package arrives as one voice and the deadlines hold.

Questions
What clients usually ask
What does a full launch package cost?+
A complete visual package, from aerials, exteriors, interiors, lifestyle, brand identity to social assets, runs between €30K and €120K depending on project scale. That’s typically 0.05–0.15% of total project value, the smallest line in a pre-sales budget.
How long from kickoff to sales-office-ready images?+
8–12 weeks for a full launch package. The hero images land around week 6 so you can start the sales deck. Full delivery with social formats, print-ready files, and brand guidelines arrives before the sales office opens.
Do you work directly with our architect, or only with us?+
Both. We join design meetings when it helps, stay in our lane when it doesn’t, and keep the visual direction aligned with the architectural intent without making your team the translator.
Can we start with just stills and add animation later?+
Yes. Many developers start with the stills package for pre-sales, then add animation once the launch campaign is defined. The stills set is designed so the animation inherits the same compositions. No re-rendering.
How is a complete package different from hiring a photographer post-construction?+
Photography happens after construction. A launch package sells units before the foundation is poured. The images exist 18–24 months before the building does, and they’re designed to sell an unbuilt unit to a buyer who needs to picture themselves inside.
We’ve tried rendering studios before. The images were off-brand. How do you handle that?+
We spend the first round defining a visual language: color, light, material palette, composition rules. Every subsequent image inherits it. A 40-image set feels like one voice, not 40 separate renders from 40 separate moods.
What if we need revisions after the sales office opens?+
Minor revisions (color grading, sky swaps, material updates) are included for 6 months post-delivery. Major changes (new unit types, scope additions) are a separate quote but reuse the existing scene setup, which keeps the cost low.
Do you handle the brand identity too, or just the renders?+
Both. We deliver logo lockups, color palettes, typography specs, and social media templates alongside the image set, so the development has a coherent visual voice from the billboard to the Instagram feed.
What happens after we book the 30-minute session?+
You send us your masterplan and project brief before the call. We discuss the buyer, the timeline, and the visual package you need. A detailed scope and fixed-price quote follow within 3 business days.
