Quick answers before you book
Do I need to send anything before the call?+
If you have a brief, masterplan, or early model, send it. If you don’t, that’s fine too. We can read the project from a conversation. The only thing we need is an idea of your timeline.
Is the session really free?+
Yes, no credit card, no commitment. Thirty minutes, honest read, fixed-price quote within 48 hours if there’s a fit. If there isn’t, you leave with feedback we’d give a peer.
Do we need to sign an NDA first?+
Not for the initial call. We talk about your brand, timeline, and visual direction, not your unreleased roadmap. If you send confidential files beforehand, we sign a mutual NDA and send it back the same day.
What if my project is too small for you?+
We take on one new full-scale project per month, so scope matters. If your project is smaller, we’ll tell you honestly, recommend someone we trust for your size, and keep the door open for when you scale.
Who from the team joins the call?+
It depends on the project. Competition work typically involves Francesco and Luca. Developer launches involve Francesco and Duccio. Product campaigns involve Giovanni. You get one person who stays with you through the engagement.
